Sebastian Bach has several reasons to celebrate today. Today marks the official release of his album “Child Within The Man” (Reigning Phoenix Music). And the US leg of his “What Do I Got To Lose?” tour begins tonight.
Sebastian Bach, a singer, songwriter, novelist, Broadway star, and actor, has released a new single named “Freedom” off his album. A very appealing music video for the tune will be published in the following days.
Child Within the Man was recorded in Orlando, Florida. Baskette produced and mixed it, while Jef Moll engineered it and Josh Saldate assisted with the engineering. Gateway Mastering’s Robert Ludwig provided the mastering services.
Bach composed or co-wrote all 11 tunes on the album and sang lead and supporting vocals. The album also contains guest performances from John 5, Steve Stevens, and Orianthi, all of whom co-wrote their pieces with Bach.
In addition, Myles Kennedy co-wrote two tunes. Devin Bronson performed guitars, Todd Kerns played bass, and Jeremy Coulson played drums for the record.
The record is available in CD (Jewelcase), cassette, and double LP formats in a variety of colours. David Bierk, Bach’s father and a prominent visual artist, designed the album artwork. Sebastian Bach said, “This album artwork was started in 1978 and finished in 2024!”
